The Bennett type SB-100 meter is a precision fuel dispenser meter. Distributor, valve, and counter valve is precision machining.
To ensure the continued integrity of the precision parts during the life of the meter, proper filtration before the meter is essential. Filters protect the meter, the pumping unit (if present), flow control solenoids, the nozzle, and ultimately the customer’s automobile components. Filters should be replaced or cleaned on a regular basis or anytime the flow rate has dropped by a noticeable amount.
