Description：
LPG positive displacement sliding vane pump is an excellent choice for LPG application. LPG sliding vane pumps utilize the original ten blade design with no blade drivers. The self-adjusting sliding vanes improve the pumping efficiency and prolong the pump's service life.
LYB‐2000 LPG vane pump is positive displacement pump, which is specially designed to perform in such severe operating conditions as high differential pressure, pump over speeding, poor suction conditions. It has V-belt or direct-drive mounting with gear reducer for option. LPG vane truck pump is widely used for LPG bulk transfer, auto-fuel pumping and LPG cylinders.
Both the standard and Z-model pumps have a replaceable cam and side-plate. Removing the pump cover gives the user full access to the rotor, cam, side-plates, seals, and bearings. The mechanical seal has a silicon carbide seal seat, which provides maximum security and avoid leakage.
LPG sliding vane pumps are equipped with a non-adjustable internal relief valve preset at the factory. It is not necessary to carry out on-site debugging and convenient to use.
