Top Loading Arms
Top loading arms are distinguished by an extra large working area for top loading of road tankers and
rail tankers. Their design and construction allows a perfect balance of the loading arm in any position.
This balance can be achieved with counterweights or a spring balance system. By designing the correct
pipe lengths it is possible to charge multi-chamber trucks without even moving the vehicle.
1)Sizes: 2"/3"/4"/6"/8" (DN50/80/100/150/200)
2)Material (depending on the fluid): carbon steel, stainless steel, low temperature steel
3)Temperature range: -30°C to +230°C
4)Pressure range: 40 bar
5)Balancing system: counterweights, spring cylinder, torsion balancer, hydraulic cylinder
6)Seals: virgin PTFE eventually adding carbon
